We have been in business for 40 years and have a wealth of experience representing businesses and individuals as both plaintiffs and defendants. We are equipped to handle all types of business disputes from the onset of the dispute all the way through the appellate process.

However, we know our clients aren’t in the business of litigating cases. Our goal is to resolve our client’s problems in the most cost effective and efficient manner possible. Sometimes that means negotiating a favorable result. Other times it means heading to the court house. Every case is different, and our approach is never the same. We tailor our approach in each case in order to meet our client’s goals.

Our firm is a strong believer in the benefits of alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”). ADR is the process of resolving legal conflicts out of court, through less traditional means such as mediation, arbitration, and negotiation. ADR can be faster and cheaper than litigation. It can also provide for creative resolutions to disputes which would not otherwise be possible if the case proceeded to trial. Our lawyers regularly participate in numerous forms of ADR. We believe that resolving legal conflicts before going to trial is often the most efficient and practical way to handle a legal issue.
