GAIL E. STOCK

When Gail Stock represents used car dealers, finance companies or credit unions, she does so aggressively to protect her clients’ interests. Her desire to fight for the rights of small businesses began in childhood when she observed her dad run his own business.

Gail spends her days reviewing chapter 13 and chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, determining treatment of creditor claims, handling calls from clients with issues regarding the case, going to court to represent the client, and protecting the rights of her clients in bankruptcy cases.

She is an active alumni with Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, volunteers with National Charity League, and is AV Rated Martindale-Hubbell.

Hailing from Great Neck, NY, Gail is married and has two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, vacationing at the beach and watching sporting events.
