LINDSEY BARNES

Lindsey Barnes focuses on business litigation, creditor’s rights, and commercial collections. She is involved in a broad range of litigation areas, including contract disputes, open accounts, promissory notes, payment disputes, and guarantees. Lindsey regularly aids clients in developing strategic approaches to the various challenges they face. Her attention to detail and emphasis on communication and interpersonal connections allow her to creatively assist her clients in resolving their legal issues.

Lindsey received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and her law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law. While in law school, Lindsey served as the Executive Managing Editor for the Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys golf, yoga, spending time with her family, and cheering on the Texas Rangers.
